Upon appointment, each individual enters into an intensive training program, incorporating both on and off the job training prior to permanent employment and is tailor-made for each job description.
Off the job training - A reputable skills development institute, who is SETA accredited, is utilised to train all employees and includes modules on all aspects of cleaning and/or waiter services, team work and customer service.
On the job training – This is given to all staff to keep them informed of all new developments, latest cleaning methods, techniques in using new equipment and new chemicals launched into the market. This responsibility is normally undertaken by the regional managers who also provide advice and supervision on a daily basis.
